Let’s Build!

My name is Zack, I love building and crafting spaces of human flourishing. It is a privilege to get to help shape and maintain the homes and structures of my hometown - Olympia WA and the surrounding areas. This is a family run business focused on developing and supporting the construction industry through high-quality and enduring construction services.

Collaborative Human Projects

Building is deeply ingrained in our species. Involvement in a construction project in any capacity from the client to the trade professionals will tap into interesting and surprising parts of our being. This is why our core values begin at empathy.

Our Core Values

Common Space is the belief that everything is connected.

That we exist to build up, improve, and support whereever we find ourselves.

Common Space is the belief that something great is always a collection of many great things which are made up smaller but no less significant great things and so on down the line.

You are apart of something bigger.

  • Construction projects are a pandoras box and in many cases involve a surprising number of people to get the job done! Empathy is key to resiliency both when things go as a planned or when the road gets rough.

  • The journey from idea to finished project is highly collaborative. Keeping this in focus orients the decisions that will be made and raises the overall quality and authenticity of the finished project.

  • Growth is fundamental to the human experience. Over the span of the construction experience it is necessary to get caught up in the details but equally important to keep in mind this is only a short section of the journey. Whether your project last only a few hours or spans into years - we are grateful for the opportunity to work with you!
